1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and final sale items.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind:
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NorthCap will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
